The Bobby Butter Story
Bobby Butter started in the back of a tour bus somewhere between Miami and Memphis. I'm Robby — musician, road warrior, and the kind of cook who thinks a hotel room ice bucket is a legitimate kitchen tool.
For years, I watched band after band survive on gas station hot dogs and drive-thru burgers. No disrespect to either — they've saved my life at 2 AM more than once. But somewhere along the way, I started bringing a cast iron skillet on tour. Then a portable grill. Then a cooler full of marinades I'd mixed up before we hit the road.
Pretty soon, I was cooking for the whole crew. Chimichurri flank steak in a hotel parking lot in Austin. Mango habanero fish tacos at a rest stop outside San Diego. Guava BBQ wings in a venue's back alley in Nashville. The food became part of the show — just backstage, for the people who actually make the music happen.

Bobby Butter is everything I've learned cooking on the road, distilled into recipes and sauces that work whether you're in a fully stocked kitchen or working with a single burner and a dream. Every recipe on this site has been tested in conditions that would make a health inspector weep — and they all slap.
The sauces are coming soon. I've spent years perfecting a lineup of small-batch sauces and spice blends that pack real flavor without any of the artificial nonsense. Made in Miami, shipped everywhere.
The Road Ahead
This site is home base. New recipes drop regularly — inspired by whatever city, crew member, or late-night craving hits next. The sauces will be available for order soon.
