Do you do catering or private events?
Sometimes! Depends on the event, the location, and whether I'm on tour. Send me a message with the details and we'll figure it out.
Where do your recipe ideas come from?
The road. Every recipe on this site started in a city I was passing through — a flavor I tasted, a local dish that blew my mind, or a late-night kitchen experiment in a hotel room. I take what I find and make it my own.
Are your recipes beginner-friendly?
Absolutely. I learned to cook in the back of a tour bus with limited tools and zero formal training. If I can make it work with a portable burner and a cast iron skillet, you can make it work in your kitchen.
Do you ship internationally?
When the sauces launch, I'll start with US shipping and expand from there. International shipping is definitely on the roadmap.
